How much does it cost to replace a broken garage door spring?
SolvTek Garage Doors quotes every spring job individually, in writing, because the price depends on the door: its size and weight, whether it has one spring or two, and the spring type. WhatsApp or text a photo of the door and the springs above it to (561) 724-0724 and we reply with a written quote. Parts, labor and a safety check are on the quote.
On 2-spring doors we replace both, so the second spring doesn’t snap next month.
Can you fix my garage door today?
Usually, yes, when we have an opening. We work Mon-Sat 7 am-8 pm. Sundays, holidays and after 8 pm: call or WhatsApp to check availability, and the job is quoted upfront like any other. Send a photo to (561) 724-0724 and we’ll confirm a time.
Do I need a permit for a new garage door?
Replacing a garage door in Miami-Dade or Broward generally requires a building permit and a wind-rated door (a Miami-Dade NOA or Florida Product Approval). Every new door is permitted through our general contractor partner, and the permit is included in the quote.
What warranty comes with a garage door repair?
1-year parts / 90-day labor on repairs. If something we fixed acts up inside that window, text or WhatsApp us and we come back.
