How fast do I get a garage door quote?
During our hours, Mon-Sat 7 am-8 pm, we usually reply the same day, often within minutes. Some jobs, like new doors, need a visit to measure first. If you write after hours, we answer first thing the next morning. Calling or WhatsApp is faster than the form.
Can I send a video of my garage door?
Yes, and it helps. WhatsApp handles videos well, from your phone or your computer. A short clip of the door opening, or of the noise it makes, often lets us quote without a visit.
Do you quote new doors and impact doors?
Yes. Send a photo of your current door and the size of the opening, and we set up a visit to measure. The written quote lists the door model, its Miami-Dade NOA or Florida Product Approval number and expiry date, and that the door is permitted through our general contractor partner.
Is there any obligation with a garage door quote?
No. A quote is just a quote. You decide whether to go ahead, and no work starts until you approve it.
What if the technician finds something else wrong with the door?
He shows you a photo of it and quotes it before doing anything. If you say no, he only does the work you already approved.
