Information we collect

What you send us by form, text, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, mobile number, ZIP code, the service you need, door details and, if you choose, your email address.
Photos and videos of your door that you send us.
Job details: the service address, your quote, your invoice and the payment record.
Technical form data: the page you sent the form from, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and how long the form took to fill in, which we use to filter spam. Our website host may keep IP addresses and browser types in its security logs.

How we use it

To give you a quote, schedule the visit, do the work and send your invoice.
To handle warranty calls and any follow-up on your job.
After a job, to ask you once or twice for a review. You can reply STOP at any time.
To protect against spam and fraud, and to meet legal requirements such as tax records.

Text messages (SMS)

The text-message consent box on our form is optional and is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of service. If you text or call us first, we reply about your request.

Messages are about your request: quotes, scheduling and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

The service providers we use to run the business, and only for that: our phone and texting provider, WhatsApp (if you use it), Google (email, calendar and the spreadsheets where we keep job records), our card payment processor, and our website host and form processor.
The technician who comes to your home, who needs your name, phone number and address.
For new doors, our general contractor partner and the building department, which need the owner’s name and the property address for the permit. Building permits are public records.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. The quote form uses a small script only to send your request. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to answer you, do the job, honor the warranty, and keep the business and tax records the law requires. After that, we delete it.

Security

We use password-protected accounts, and only the people working on your request can see your details. No system is perfect, so please don’t send card numbers by text or email.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@solvtekgaragedoors.com, or call, text or WhatsApp (561) 724-0724. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
