Family-run. Every quote in writing.
SolvTek Garage Doors repairs and replaces garage doors for homes in Miami-Dade and Broward, in English or Spanish.
Why in writing
Too many homeowners hear one number on the phone and another in their garage. We don’t work that way.
Every door is different, so every job is quoted individually. Send a photo or a short video on WhatsApp, or call, and you get a written quote that says what we’ll do and what’s included, before anyone touches your door.
Meet Alexis
Alexis is the technician who shows up at your door: an experienced garage door installer who fixes it right the first time and explains everything in English or Spanish. 30 years installing garage doors in South Florida.
You’ll get his name and a message when he’s on the way.
How we work
-
The quote comes first
You approve a written quote before we touch the door. It spells out the work, the parts and the warranty.
-
No surprise add-ons
If we find something the photo didn’t show, like a bent track, you get a photo and a written quote for it. Nothing continues until you approve it.
-
Springs in pairs
On doors with two springs we replace both, so the second one doesn’t snap next month.
-
Straight answers
If your opener isn’t worth fixing, we tell you before you pay. If bracing makes more sense than a new door, or the other way around, we say that too.
-
English or Spanish
By phone, text, WhatsApp and at your door, in whichever language you prefer.
-
A written warranty
1-year parts / 90-day labor on every repair. If something we fixed acts up in that window, text or WhatsApp us and we come back.
